Rewards & Referrals Guide

You earn 1 points for every full IQD 1,000 spent on products. Points are added after your order is marked delivered.

Available points can be spent. Pending points are estimates and cannot be spent. Final points use the rate at delivery.

Each order is counted separately. Leftover amounts below that value do not earn points or carry over.

Points use product prices after offers and reward discounts. Delivery fees and free reward items do not earn points. Promo discounts on the order total do not reduce earned points.

The rewards page shows what each reward costs and its conditions.

• Discount voucher: A discount on one unit of the product you select, not the whole cart.
• Product voucher: One unit of its linked product for free. Other units and delivery are charged normally.
• Free-delivery voucher: Removes the delivery charge from one order.

Reward discounts exclude already-discounted products, special offers, and PC components. Product rewards also exclude PC components.

Some discount vouchers have a minimum order value. It uses the product subtotal before reward discounts, without delivery fees.

1. Choose a reward and confirm its purchase with points.
2. At checkout, choose Use a voucher and select your owned voucher. You can also open checkout from your account’s voucher list.
3. If several cart products are eligible, choose one. A single eligible product is selected automatically. Product vouchers use their linked cart product.
4. The preview updates automatically. Check the final total, then place your order.

Selecting a voucher does not use it. It is only used when the order is placed successfully.

Each voucher belongs to your account and can be used once. Later changes to the store reward do not change the product, discount, or minimum in your purchased voucher.

Use up to two vouchers or codes in total per order. Do not select the same voucher or code twice. Free delivery can only be applied once.

Select owned reward vouchers directly. Enter promo and referral codes in the code field.

Find your code under My account → Referrals and share it with a friend. You can change your code once.

Your friend enters it at checkout and gets free delivery on that referral order. After delivery, they also get 50 extra points, once, alongside their purchase points.

You earn 1 points for every full IQD 5,000 in your friend's qualifying delivered orders. This continues on later orders without entering your code again. These points do not come out of your friend's balance.

The referral starts after delivery. Free delivery and the extra bonus only apply to the first referral order. Each order is counted separately, using the rate at delivery.

Before using a referral code

• Spend at least IQD 25,000 on products after reward discounts, without delivery fees.
• Use someone else's code. Your account must not already have a pending or active referral.
• Use a valid Iraqi phone number that is not linked to the code owner and has not already received a referral benefit.

You can use a referral on a later purchase; it does not have to be your first order.
